Privacy policy

What we hold

The registry stores community records: names, locality, occupation, organisational affiliations and optional contact details supplied by contributors or the record subject.

How contact details are protected

Phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and dates of birth are never exposed to anonymous visitors. Public listings show only verified, non-sensitive fields; contact data is released solely through paid unlocks or access plans.

Accounts and authentication

Accounts are secured with signed JWT sessions. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and never stored by this application. Google sign-in shares only your name, email and profile image.

Corrections and removal

Record subjects may request correction or removal at any time through the contact page. Verified removal requests are actioned before the next publication cycle.
